With the weather starting to get cooler and Thanksgiving right around the corner this liqueur can easily become the next hit of your holiday get together. Aromas of sweet brown sugar fill the glass and delight the sense as soon as the first drop hits the glass. The flavors were rich and elegant, dark notes of caramelized brown sugar, pecans, all with a touch of butter on the finish. There is a nice note of alcohol in every sip to give a warmth that balances the sweet flavors. This praline liqueur is terrific over ice or with some cream, also it worked perfectly in some hot chocolate topped with whipped cream. Some additional drink ideas would be mixed with Irish Cream over ice or drizzled over ice cream.
