This is a terrific and interesting beer, alway delivering unique flavor and style for a reasonable price. It starts with aromas dried oranges and all spice with subtle notes of fresh baked bread crust. The flavors blended perfectly, creamy notes of coriander and clove, orange and hops balanced with very subtle bitterness. This beer has a freshness and fruit characteristic that makes me wish the summer would hurry up and arrive. I enjoyed this beer with grilled salmon over a mixed field green salad topped with a light fruit salsa. The flavors of the meal allowed the orange and spice flavors of the beer to shine and not be overpowered. This could easily be your next go to summer beer.
