All the ingredients used in this vodka are USDA certified organic, something nice to see in a domestic vodka. The nose has a perfect lavender floral aromatic note with a subtle sweetness, which leads into an extremely smooth tasting experience. The lavender flavors compliment and flow perfectly into a delicious ripe Meyer lemon flavor, which lingers perfectly in the mouth. There is no burn that you sometimes find in some vodkas just an easy drinking winner, with notes of delicious ripe lemon and fresh lavender from a garden. These two flavors do not overpower each other but are a perfect compliment, making for a terrific tasting experience, especially with the weather urning warmer in the upcoming months. I have always been kind of weary of flavored vodkas but this was truly divine, perfect over ice or mixed into a cosmopolitan.
