Waves of yellow apples, vanilla beans, lemon meringue, citrus zest, and caramel notes are framed perfectly with crisp pear notes and a perfect touch of acidity to keep everything fresh and in check. This is a wine keep the glass fresh and exciting with each sip and will make any meal a feast. We enjoyed ours with apple and wild rice stuffed hens which imparted just enough gaminess and fruitiness to be a perfect match for this wine.
