This is a unique liqueur made from the elderflower blossoms that are hand picked each year in the late spring, and is hand crafted and all natural. It has a unique aroma of key lime and lily's with a subtle note of sweetness. The flavors were out of this world, layers of peach, creamy lemon custard, ripe sweet green grapes and a very soft sweetness without being sugary. A very unique flavor that was delicious on its own over ice or mixed in a cocktail. We tried ours mixed equal parts champagne, St Germain, and club soda with a twist, this was a terrific light and refreshing cocktail with a very unique fruit and floral flavor. It was also terrific mixed with pear vodka in a martini.
