The nose on this wine is packed with bright fruit, layers of blackberries and cherries are framed with a subtle note of dried sage, all of which carry over to the flavor profile seamlessly. The bright red fruit on the tongue is balanced perfectly with a cocoa and herb element that all combine with a terrific softness. There also is a dark chocolate taste on the finish which paired with a note of oak and the resurfacing of the ripe fruit notes makes for an exceptional tasting experience delivering complexity and style in each sip. Terrific with seared Ribeye s or a black and blue salad.
