To encase bottles of spirits in ice
The Ice Jacket has launched a new barwares device - the Ice Jacket - to encase manufacturer's bottles of spirits in ice.

The company claims that the product eliminates the need for flavor-altering ice cubes in the preparation of shots, shooters, neat drinks and martinis and thus it extends the visual bond between logo and customer to the table itself, by a distiller's trademark becoming functional ice sculpture.

The company said that the product can accommodate a range of manufacturers’ 750ml bottles from vodkas, tequilas and aquavits and spirit varieties such as Sochus, Piscos and Cachacas.

According to the company the product is designed to continuously cool a bottle of spirits once it has been removed from the freezer.

The company said that the Ice Jacket will drive both on and off premise sales and is suited for use in conjunction with loyalty programs throughout the spirits, promotions and luxury industries.

Davis Wolf, president and inventor of Ice Jacket, said: "Simple to use, fun to decorate and highly functional; the Ice Jacket is an idea whose time has come."
