The nose on this beer has a warmth to it, layers of dried orange zest and caramel notes fill the glass. Roasted coffee and some notes of vanilla start in the front of the mouth and develop into a maltiness and burnt sugar note. The finish has the perfect combination of carbonation and flavors. This is were you pick up the citrus notes, especially lemon and orange, in addition to smokey coffee sensation. Would be terrific with smoked foods especially ribs.
